One-time visits

One-time visits (OTV) are tailored for people who cannot commit to standard therapy for any reason (e.g., time, finances, or readiness). OTVs are a coping-oriented first-line intervention. They provide you with focused, evidence-based psychological interventions and principles to help you best cope with your stressors or distress on an as-needed basis. While it may sound too good to be true, OTVs are not for everyone. People who already know what they are struggling with and are committed to grow, change, and practice new skills tend to benefit from OTVs.


Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a form of psychotherapy that helps you identify and address psychological issues. It involves assessment, developing treatment plans, gaining new insights, and practicing new skills. These interventions aim to improve your emotional experience and functioning through changes in behaviors and thinking. Individual therapy is confidential, tailored, and personal. As Rome wasn't built in a day, therapy is often the beginning of your journey to increased self-awareness, quality of life, articulation of feelings and needs, improvement of relationships, better sleep, and coping.
